Movie description:
13-year-old Ege is a smart kid – he knew that one year, there would come The Summer, after which nothing would ever be the same again. Yet how little did he know exactly what the summer of 1990 had in store for him: his great-grandfather dies, leaving the family business in turmoil. Coincidentally, a great-uncle appears out of nowhere, as if from the grave, since everyone had thought he had died 40 years earlier. Since Ege’s grandmother had married his brother as a sort of consolation prize instead, tensions are high. Other family problems impact the lad in a number of ways, but when the girl he has fallen for moves away as the summer wanes, he feels that everything he has had in life is either destroyed, corrupted, or beyond his reach forever.
